Cyprus foreign minister to discuss country's division, preview EU presidency , 2 pm Dec. 21

Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis, foreign minister of Cyprus, will discuss prospects for a solution to the country's division and how it would affect security, stability and cooperation in the southeast Mediterranean at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.

She also will explore recent and upcoming meetings between leaders of the Greek and Turkish Cypriot parties in the context of UN negotiations and developments in the regional energy sector and preview the Cyprus EU presidency set to begin in the second half of 2012.
