Cookbook dinner to feature Michelin-starred chef, craft brews, June 6

Join chef Daniel Burns and gypsy brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso on the culinary avant garde at dinner featuring craft beers paired with exquisite foods at the Fourth Estate restaurant on Monday, June 6.

At the Michelin-starred Luksus in Brooklyn, Burns works with Jarnit-Bjergso, the brewer behind Evil Twin Brewing and the beer bar at Torst, to curate beer to match the highest levels of culinary achievement.

The pair, who will launch their new cookbook, “Food & Beer,” on May 16, will guide dinners through five courses, explaining their philosophy and exploring the relationship between food and beer.
