Club’s restroom renovations begin December 18

Renovations on the National Press Club member locker rooms on the 14th floor and restrooms between the Holeman Lounge and First Amendment room start on Monday, Dec. 18. These facilities will be closed for approximately six to eight weeks.

During this construction period, members who use the Club’s work space (also known as “Freelancers Alley”) are welcome to use the Library, Mezzanine, 14th floor elevator alcove or the Truman Lounge.

The restrooms located inside the Reliable Source near the Cosgrove Lounge and the restrooms near the freight elevator will remain open. Renovations on these restrooms will begin once the construction on the first phase of the project is complete. This second phase also is scheduled to last six to eight weeks.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
