Classic prime rib done as you like it at the Fourth Estate Restaurant, Nov. 18

Enjoy a class prime rib with the traditional accompaniments at the Fourth Estate Restaurant on Friday, Nov. 18.

The restaurant, on the National Press Club's 13th floor, will offer classic prime rib slow roasted on the bone and served to your specifications _ rare, medium or well done. Prime rib will be served with a Yorkshire pudding, a traditional English popover, horseradish sauce and spinach soufflé.

Price is $27 for members; $32 for non-members. Tax, gratuity and drinks are extra. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. The Prime Rib special is offered in addition to The Fourth Estate a la carte Dinner menu and being a Friday, the $30 Fixe Price Menu. Reservations are not required, but encourage at 202- 662-7638.

The Fourth Estate restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, offering both a la carte and prix fixe menus every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The Fourth Estate is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. The restaurant is open for Brunch on Saturdays from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. The Fourth Estate Restaurant is open to the public.
