Ah the romance, the love -- the food! Fourth Estate is for you Feb. 14

Valentine’s Day dinner in the Fourth Estate Restaurant on Tuesday, Feb 14 will include entrees to warm the heart: Vegetarian stuffed Grape Leaves, Virginia Black Bass, Duck Breast or NY Strip Steak. Is there any better way to treat him or her?

The cost is only $30 for members and their guests, $35 for non-members, and two glasses of Champagne are included.

The special menu will also include appetizers ranging from Butter Fried Oyster and Green Salad with Heart-Beets to Gravlax Cured Salmon. Dessert is a choice of Raspberry Custard Tart, Tangerine Ice or Baked Alaska.

Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are requested 24 hours in advance, but some space may be available for walk-ins. Call 202-662-7638 or email [email protected] to reserve.

The Fourth Estate restaurant is on the 13th floor of the Press Club and is open to the public and to NPC members. The restaurant is also open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and for brunch on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. serving the a la carte menu.
