2016 Emmy Award nominee Pati Jinich of PBS' 'Pati's Mexican Table' to host cookbook dinner, May 24

Experience the best of modern Mexican cooking with celebrity chef and James Beard nominee Pati Jinich, host of the popular PBS TV series, Pati’s Mexican Table, at a cookbook dinner May 24 at the Fourth Estate restaurant.

Jinich, a two-time Emmy Award nominee whose sparkling personality has enthralled viewers for five seasons, will introduce recipes from her latest cookbook, "Mexican Today: New and Rediscovered Recipes for Contemporary Kitchens," including chicken in red mole sauce and warm nopales with with guajillo chiles and corn.
