Jane Chu, the chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, will outline her plans for the Arts Endowment’s 50th anniversary activities at a National Press Club Newsmaker Breakfast on Sep. 28.
The eleventh chairman of the NEA, Chu will use her talk to launch a number of new initiatives, including “Creativity Connects.”
The Press Club breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m. Chu’s talk will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by a question-and-answer session that ends at 10:30 a.m. The cost of breakfast admission is $23 for NPC members and $37 for non-members. Tickets must be purchased at time of reservation and are available here (insert EventBrite link here).
NPC members who wish to attend the pre-breakfast reception must RSVP separately to [email protected] no later than 48 hours before the event. Space may be limited. You must have a paid reservation to the breakfast to attend the VIP reception.
